January 16, 2025, marked a proud milestone in the journey of Madhav, the visionary behind HACKTECH, as he was featured in the national daily Dainik Jagran as one of India’s promising young entrepreneurs.

This national recognition reflects not just an individual achievement, but the result of years of dedication, learning, and a mission to empower India’s youth in the field of cybersecurity and technology.



How the Journey Started


Madhav’s journey began in his school days when he first developed a deep interest in ethical hacking and cybersecurity. With no formal training early on, he started teaching himself the skills of the trade — exploring tools, learning vulnerabilities, and understanding how to protect digital infrastructure.

By the time he entered college, Madhav had already begun training fellow students, conducting small workshops and sessions. It was during his Bachelor’s degree that he took the bold step of founding HACKTECH, with a vision to create a platform that offers affordable, practical, and real-world IT services to students, startups, and small businesses.

What began as a solo initiative has today grown into a team of 500+ dedicated professionals working across India. HACKTECH has not only provided quality tech solutions but has also empowered students with industry-relevant skills.

So far, 700+ students have been trained through HACKTECH’s workshops, bootcamps, and the HACKTECH Student Excellence Program (HSEP) — helping shape the next generation of cybersecurity experts, developers, and digital creators.

The article highlighted Madhav’s contribution to India’s growing digital economy, his role in empowering students, and his entrepreneurial journey from a student hacker to the CEO of a nationally recognized tech company.

“My goal has always been to make cybersecurity and IT education accessible to everyone — especially students from non-metro cities who often lack exposure to industry trends,” said Madhav in the interview.


Looking Ahead

Madhav and the HACKTECH team are now working on expanding their services globally, launching a consultancy wing, and introducing AI-integrated cybersecurity solutions to stay ahead of evolving digital threats. Their upcoming initiatives also include more campus ambassador programs, tech competitions, and a mentorship hub for aspiring young developers and ethical hackers.
